Beat the Boredom Summer Series {and Giveaway}

Summer is great, isn’t it? The pool, the sun, the trips…

But then there are still those days.

Even the most glorious of all the seasons (summer!) cannot quell the mom’s great enemy…of boredom. And so it’s now that I introduce you to a wonderful new series:

I think this series is such a cute idea.

I’ll be joining up with some other bloggers to share our special, hidden secrets to cure summer whining and boredom once and for all. (Or something along those lines.)

Here’s the schedule:

• Monday – Becky from Your Modern Family shares Free (or almost) Family Fun Ideas! (Becky always has great activities for kids, so I’m excited to see what she shares.)
•  Tuesday – MamaGab shares How to Host a Busy Bag Swap. I love this idea. I’ve actually (gasp) never made busy bags for my kids. I love the idea of my creative, artsy friends making them for me! 😉
• Wednesday – Whitney at Beauty in the Mess shares Outdoor Activities for Preschoolers (which we need a few new ones…As turning on and off the hose is getting old for at least one of us). Also Wednesday, visit Beauty Through Imperfection for Indoor Preschooler Activities!
• Thursday – Stop at Klover House to read about Summer Living in Small Spaces (This takes me back to my days in the townhome with kids! I could have used this!)
• Friday – Come back HERE to learn How to Host a Neighborhood Backyard Bible Club.
• Saturday – I can’t wait for the Summer Recipe Roundup from Danielle at Snippets of Inspiration! Her recipes always look yummy!
