Mere Motherhood. My favorite! Entertaining, humble, humorous, wise.
The Vanishing Adult. I was impressed by how well-written and informative this was. The second half was my favorite, where he gives practical parenting tips that are spot-on and things I hadn’t necessarily thought of doing. Borrowed from library and ended up buying.
Parenting. Life-altering. Absolute must read for Christian parents. Todd loved it as well.
What Is A Family? Could a cover be worse? It really could not. But this thing is an absolute GEM.
The Road Back To You. I know, I know…cliche. But it was great. I haven’t stopped thinking / talking about it since.
For the Children’s Sake: An absolute must-read for the intentional mother.
Adrenal Fatigue – the 21st Century Stress Syndrome: This was a re-read again this year. I have found myself going back to this for reference again and again.
Dear Daughters: Written by a “wiser” mom, farther along in the journey, this book was inspiring and helpful to me. Read it twice.
The Gospel Comes With A House Key: Very inspiring and well-written.
Heidi: This was my favorite read aloud we did in school this year. Great literature is great literature, no matter how old you are!
